Access property management was an absolute pleasure to work with. A year ago I decided to rent a property that I owned. It was a big decision for me as this was a property that was lived in by my family and I did not want the property to become just a rental. I interviewed at least three companies in the area and after I met Eddie from Access PM the decision was easy. A level headed ex-marine with property management experience and a solid company to back him. Access Property Management made renting easy and gave me the confidence to consider renting a second property. The property was rented within a week of listing. Funds are always deposited into my account timely and I receive notification when the funds are sent. Whether I own 1 property or a dozen, Access Property Management will be my property managers. I've had the pleasure of renting from Access Property Management on and off for the past 12 years. I've worked with Eddie since day one, before it was even Access, when it was just a small family operation. Even though he and the company have grown a lot over the years, it's never felt like he's lost touch with his smaller roots. Most of these other big rental companies don't care about their tenants or even their owners like Eddie and company do. Keep doing what you're doing, and thanks for the many years of being a great landlord.

Access are great folks to work with. We have seen poorly run property management services and Access is not like them. We live overseas so it makes it very hard to take care of our property. We rely on them and they take good care of us.

When something needs to be fixed it is always done by great contractors in a very timely manner, they have gone above and beyond to help me, many different times. Prompt responses to maintainance calls and always call to see if it turned out ok there polite and flexible to most requests if reasonable so I say yes I recommend Access property mang.after all I have been here 12 years
It took a handful of days to get a call back from the contact info on the sign...but once I was in touch with Eddie and Aaron via email the process was smooth as a whistle. My emails are ALL answered SAME day if I have a question of any kind. Signing documents was a snap. I would recommend APM Group.

Access Property Management staff have been extremely welcoming and kind with us during this move-in process. They are extremely caring and considerate with our needs. My husband and I bought our first home last fall, and we just happen to live next to a property managed by APMG. As with every spring, we began yard work and discovered that a tree on this property was growing through our fence! Since my husband and I were looking at getting other trees removed already, we had originally planned on taking care of it ourselves, as we didn't know who the owner of the property was. We decided to ask the tenants for contact information to see if the owner would be willing to have it removed/give us the okay to move forward ourselves. I received Eddie's contact information. I am SO glad I contacted Eddie!! He answered VERY timely. He was professional and very kind. Not only did the tree get taken care of, but it got taken care of in less than 48 hours!! WHAT! Even Jacob (tree remover) was very professional and kind! If my husband and I ever have to rent out our property, we know who to go through!😁
