My husband and I bought our first home last fall, and we just happen to live next to a property managed by APMG. As with every spring, we began yard work and discovered that a tree on this property was growing through our fence! Since my husband and I were looking at getting other trees removed already, we had originally planned on taking care of it ourselves, as we didn't know who the owner of the property was. We decided to ask the tenants for contact information to see if the owner would be willing to have it removed/give us the okay to move forward ourselves. I received Eddie's contact information. I am SO glad I contacted Eddie!! He answered VERY timely. He was professional and very kind. Not only did the tree get taken care of, but it got taken care of in less than 48 hours!! WHAT! Even Jacob (tree remover) was very professional and kind! If my husband and I ever have to rent out our property, we know who to go through!😁
