Applying for a rental home with Access Property Management is easy! Start by viewing our Available Rentals and our Pet Policy and Screening Criteria to ensure you meet the requirements. Steps for Applying for a Rental Property
Gather Your Essential Documents
Before applying, have the following ready for each tenant:
- ID Verification: Driver’s License or State ID + a selfie
- Rental History: Current & prior addresses + landlord contact info
- Proof of Income:
If Employed: Connect bank account OR upload 2 months of paystubs OR bank statements
If Self-Employed: Prior year’s tax return
If You Have a New Job: Signed offer letter on company letterhead
If You Have Other Income (SSI, Child Support, etc.): Official documentation - Vehicle Info: Make, model, color, year, plate number
- Pet Info: Photo of you & your pet + ESA/Service Animal docs (if applicable)
- Section 8: RFTA/Landlord packet required
- Payment: Be ready to pay the application fee today & holding fee upon approval
Start Rental Application and Select Home
If you don’t already have an account, you'll be prompted to create a Findigs account to submit your rental application. Then, choose the property you’d like to rent and enter your desired move-in date.
Complete and Submit Your Application
During the application process, you’ll:
- Provide household and housing history details.Verify income and employment.
- Verify identity through uploaded documentation.
- Undergo a soft credit check (does not impact your score).
Once everything is complete, submit your application and wait for approval. If approved, be prepared to pay the holding fee to secure your home.
