We back this up with a 12-month tenant guarantee. If a tenant we place breaks their lease within the first year, we will find a replacement at no additional cost.

Eviction Protection Plan (EPP)
Evictions are rare, but we are prepared when necessary.
Our tenant screening process keeps eviction rates below 0.5 percent. However, if a tenant stops paying rent, we follow all legal procedures to handle the situation efficiently.
For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Eviction Protection Plan for $10 per month. This plan covers legal notices, court filings, and attorney fees in the event of an eviction.
