Before your lease signing, you will need to have the gas & electric utilities transferred into your name & provide us with the confirmation numbers. The Utility Confirmation Numbers are due 48 hours prior to the lease signing. We’ve provided links to the various organizations that provide utilities in our area.

Please remember to bring Photo ID to the lease signing. All adults living at the property must be named on the lease and be present at the lease signing.
Water Service
Following your lease signing appointment, you will need to immediately have the water utility transferred into your name, as well as fill out the inventory checklist form.
The Water Addendum is due no later than 5 days after the lease signing. The Inventory Checklist is due no later than 7 days after the lease signing.
