Maintenance

To save you money, we negotiate for the best rates for maintenance to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. Evictions / Collections

If rents are not paid by the 2nd of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants. Access Property Management Group believes strongly that our thorough screening BEFORE lease signing dramatically reduces delinquencies and other issues. However, life events do happen. In those limited cases, we stand ready to fully enforce the requirements of our lease.

Accounting

Our company is highly automated. Owners will receive a "Log-in" where you can view your property status,  bills, and income ... in real time 24/7/365. You will also receive a financial statement each month which will show monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, end of year tax information to your accountant, and a host of other reports with the touch of a button. We also disburse money via direct deposit to you nearly 2 weeks faster than other management companies in this market.
