Access Property Management Group uses the latest software to allow residents to alert us if there is a maintenance issue at their home. Residents simply log in to their resident portal to notify us instantly. An email is then sent to the resident confirming that their request for service has been received and that someone from our maintenance team will contact them shortly. From there, one of our Grand Rapids area property managers will receive the request, review it, and dispatch the appropriate vendor or contractor to the home using the same software system to generate a work order. The maintenance contractor has all the information needed to contact the resident and arrange a time to get into the home to fix the problem. Your resident is then happy to have their problems addressed and resolved in a quick and efficient manner.
